20 MB per file, 500 MB per engagement including versions. Size and format checks before transfer, plus server-side quota limits.
Resumable uploads
Chunked transfer with checksums, progress, retries and resumption after interruption. Select the same file again within 24 hours.
Document search
Search in file names, folders and extracted pages. Filter by year, type, folder and review status; results lead to the document.
Project communication
Internal messages with document references and readable activity notices. Access follows the current engagement rights.
E-mail preparation
Templates, saved drafts, EML download, test queue and history. Test processing sends nothing externally. Real sending requires a service and approval.
Additional rule checks
Missing years, deviating full-year figures, differences from the control calculation, outdated sources and pending malware checks are flagged. No proof of authenticity or fraud.
Figure evidence
Figure, original unit, normalisation, year, period, document version, page, text quote and source location are linked together. Reconciliation by the editor remains separate from independent verification.
Valuation comparisons
Compare scenarios by valuation date and basis of value. Sensitivities for capitalised earnings, DCF, multiple, net asset value, asset and liquidation with full documentation of assumptions.
Recipient reports
Internal, bank and investor views with a named recipient and purpose. External report views contain no internal communication or access logs.
Administration
Cross-project operations overview for the administration, plus storage, pending uploads and clean-up of expired transfers within the project.
VALO in the project
Public website knowledge and protected project rule help are selectable. Project queries are re-checked for sign-in, second factor and engagement rights. No confidential project data goes to external AI services.
Quality assurance
Automated calculation, access and workflow checks. Final production approval remains blocked until independent professional, legal and technical acceptance.
Backup and recovery
Back up the dossier, structured data and originals; large engagements in ZIP parts. Check all parts before restoring. Historical content remains documented without reactivating old rights or transmissions.
Professional malware scanner, verification of signature and original provenance, a configured e-mail service for real delivery, and independent security, model and legal operational acceptance. Bank recognition and investment or credit decisions are not generated automatically.
