Data sharing & consent
You decide who may receive which documents for which purpose. The Terms and the prospect approval are separate.

Individual recipients instead of blanket consent
Banks, investors, management consultancies, prospective buyers and other third parties with a justified interest are only possible categories. The declaration must name the specific organisation and contact person with e-mail, the country, the purpose, the individual document versions and an expiry date. A new recipient or a different use requires a new declaration.
Legally binding evidence
The signed declaration must be filed as a PDF in the engagement with company name, signatory, position and proof of authority to represent; in addition, the confidentiality agreement. FIRMWERT logs user ID, time, text version, checksum, document versions and review note. A simple online confirmation alone proves neither authority to represent nor a qualified electronic signature.
Data protection and access from abroad
The declaration permits the disclosure of company information to the specified extent. It does not replace any required legal basis for the personal data of other persons. Employee or customer data that is not needed must be redacted or anonymised. Special categories of data must be reviewed separately. Transfers abroad require the statutory conditions in addition to the company's approval.
Voluntary, time-limited and revocable
No pre-ticked box, no automatic disclosure and no consent to advertising. The internal valuation is possible without a release. Revocation at any time with effect for the future via “Data sharing” in the client portal or hallo@werkform.ai. Processing already lawfully carried out remains unaffected; downloaded files cannot be recalled.
Current process
1. Upload documents and signed evidence. 2. Record a declaration for one recipient in the client portal. 3. Document the independent review. 4. External access may only be activated after independent acceptance of recipient rights, evidence and security operations. The pilot stores declarations but does not yet open any external access.
Declaration template
The declaration shown in the portal is stored together with all specific details. It can be printed and signed before confirmation. An individual legal review and, where applicable, a signature in the required form remain necessary. To the client portal ↗
